Bookings
A credit card is required to book and secure your appointment
Full Set Deposits (New Clients)
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book your appointment. The $50 deposit will be applied to your balance when checking out.
Tardiness Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited and your card will be charged 50% of the service. No refunds no exceptions.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. If we are notified after 24 hours or it is a no call/ no show your card on file will be charged 100% or the service. You will no longer be able to book future appointments until fees are paid in FULL. No refunds no exceptions.
Refund Policy
No refunds no exceptions. You are paying for the artists time and products. Please respect the artists time as much as we respect yours. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. After 72 hours from your appointment time you will be charged full price of the service.
Lash Allergy
Lash allergies are inevitable. Lash services are nonrefundable. If a service is rendered we will provide a free lash removal and credit to be used for lash supplies or other services. Proof of the lash allergy must be shown within 72 hours. If you are concerned about a lash allergy you can book for a patch test for $15.

Please come with clean lashes. No makeup, oils or residue on or around the eye area.

No caffeine or stimulants prior to your lash appointment.
